The 5k course (looped for 10k), takes you through the stunning grounds of the Duke of Northumberland’s private gardens within Syon Park, which are normally closed to the public.

This year we have introduced the Primary School 1k Challenge. The school who recruits the most children who complete the 1k Challenge will receive a Brentford FC first team player visit to their school.

The course is a mixture of trail, path, meadow and parkland. Make sure you lace up your jogging shoes, as there are some stretches of the course that pass over rough ground and open meadow!

Fancy trying something new? We’re offering a unique opportunity to try stand-up paddleboarding at Brentford Lock.

Stand- up paddleboarding is one of the fastest growing adventure sports; it is easy to learn and can be enjoyed by individuals, groups and families. Larger boards enable parents to take a small child on the board safely - while older children can paddle on their own.

The new Corporate Challenge is for businesses to showcase their teamwork and fitness prowess against the stunning backdrop of Syon Park.

Businesses can enter a team of 4 taking on the 5k or 10k course with the winning time being the average time of your 4 team members crossing the finishing line.

The 5k Walk & Talk event is designed to highlight the importance of mental health. Exercise and friendship are two fantastic ways to support everyone’s mental health and wellbeing. Together with the West London Mental Health Trust, Brentford FC CST is helping to get the message across that it’s OK to talk about mental health.

Together with our local partners, the Walk and Talk event is a fun way to ensure a healthy lifestyle and increased wellbeing can be achieved by everyone.
